Items in your order are shipped as available. If any items on your order are back-ordered, it will not delay the shipping of the rest of your order, nor will it change your shipping and handling charges. We will ship the back-ordered items as soon as we receive them.

Credit card orders may be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Mail orders can be paid by personal check or money orders. Sorry, we do not accept CODs. For your security, we verify all credit cards to billing address. Please make sure the billing address you enter matches the address at which you receive your credit card statement. The shipping time specified for Rush and Express delivery is only applicable for items available in stock at the time of your order. Please provide your daytime phone number. You may choose to ship your entire order to your workplace, your home or another address at no additional cost. If you are ordering for yourself and others, you may ship part or all of your order as gift to one or more addresses for an additional $4.98 per address. (Gift wrap not included.) Guaranteed Delivery for Halloween and Christmas applies to in-stock merchandise for mail, phone, fax, and Internet orders that we receive by the dates below.
