Check Status of an Order

To check the status of an order or of your account, please visit our Account History & Order Status section and log in. You may check statuses of orders placed on the Internet, by phone or by fax, provided sufficient time has elapsed for the order to be entered into our system.

Note to Canadian customers: Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package clears our international facility and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier. Items Shipped From Another Location

Items shipped from another location require extra delivery time (usually stated in the item description). Please allow the time stated in each item description before inquiring about your order. Sorry, we are unable to offer gift messages, cards, gift wrap, express, overnight, or rush delivery for these items. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. When ordering heavyweight items, additional shipping charges may apply. Personalized and custom items are always shipped from another location. To avoid errors and delays, please verify all personalization before you submit your order.

For personalized items with multiple names we regret we cannot put names in specific order. All letter casings will appear as shown. For example, some names will have the first letter capitalized with the remaining letters lower-cased. While other names will be in all capitol letters.

Return Policy for International Orders

We have guaranteed your satisfaction on all of our products since 1914. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we will refund the merchandise amount only within 60 day of purchase. All merchandise should be returned in like new condition, with original packaging, accessories, parts, instructions, manuals, etc.

You may choose to return an item directly to us, or through MyUS, however, direct shipment to us is faster and more economical. Please note that return credits are issued for the merchandise value only.

When your order arrives, you will find a packing list inside the carton. Should you wish to exchange or return merchandise, please take the following steps:

  1. Complete the form on the reverse side of the packing list and enclose it with the return merchandise.
  2. Help us improve our service and quality by noting the reason for your return in the section indicated on the form.

Billing, Taxes and Duties for Canadian Orders

Borderfree will bill your credit card once your order clears the Canadian border.
What to expect when you receive your credit card statement:
Upon shipment, our international service provider, Borderfree, will bill your order to your credit card and "FULL OF LIFE WEB/PH ORDER (BORDERFREE)" will appear on your statement.
Exchange Rate
Real-time exchange rates are applied to your orders. The rate charged to you is a guaranteed amount - this will not change once you accept an order. To know the exact price before you buy, simply add items to your order and check out through our Canadian Check Out. You will see the exact price for your order in Canadian dollars before you actually place the order.
Taxes
Borderfree is required to charge to all Canadian customers GST/HST as applicable depending upon the Province to where the shipment is made. GST/HST as it applies to the product and duty values is a reimbursement to Borderfree for the GST/HST paid by Borderfree on your behalf when the goods clear customs. Borderfree will also charge you GST/HST on the Borderfree Shipping and Handling and/or Return Handling Fees. Any shipments made to Ontario addresses will be assessed the Ontario Resale Sales Tax ("PST") by customs upon crossing the border; Borderfree pays this on your behalf and includes the amount to be reimbursed by you to us in your quote.

All returns will be subject to Full Of Life and Canada Post's Borderfree Service's return policies. Subject to its then current return policies, Canada Post's Borderfree Service will facilitate the return to Full Of Life. Canada Post's Borderfree Service does not guarantee that any product will be cleared through customs or that Full Of Life or applicable government authorities will issue any refund. Any credit issued, including for gift returns, will be issued to the credit card used in the original purchase and will include the original cost of the product plus any duties and taxes originally charged, less any return charges imposed by Full Of Life or Canada Post's Borderfree Service and any applicable taxes. Canada Post's Borderfree Service also reserves the right to recover any actual logistics costs incurred in the processing of a return back to Full Of Life's returns facility in the form of a reduced credit, unless otherwise instructed by Full Of Life.

When your order arrives, you will find a packing list inside the carton. Should you wish to exchange or return merchandise, please take the following steps:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at 1-800-303-9928 or e-mail us at CanadianOrders@fulloflife.com indicating your order number, the item number and description of the items that you wish to return.
  2. Full Of Life will communicate to you the value of your credit. You will be credited for the product value(s) and any related duties and taxes, less the return handling fees for customs and brokerage, if applicable.
  3. We will provide you with a Returns Authorization number (RA#) and advise you of the mailing address of our Canadian returns facility. No returns can be processed without this number.
  4. Carefully pack the items being returned in the original shipping cartons, if possible. Please include a copy of the packing slip that came with your order, the original packaging, accessories, manuals and instructions.
  5. Fill out the Request for Return section located on your packing slip and enclose in your return package to us. Please be sure to tell us the reason for your return.
  6. Address the package to our Canadian returns facility and please be sure to include the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package. No returns can be processed without this number.
  7. Take the package to any Canada Post counter and ship to the Canadian address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with Canada Post.
